If a householder moulds himself according to the circumstances - just like nature moulds itself according to seasons - and performs his karma, then only shall he acquire happiness. One who does this successfully gains in all walks of life.
Do you know the difference between 'doing' and 'happening'? Whatever that
you have to do out of compulsion, shows your lack of power and slavery, and
whatever that simply ''happens'' by you is actually the time when you are really
alive.

and honouring duties and responsibilities, the only "meditation". Separately
worshiping or meditation is performed by those, who have turned their back on
duties.

Hence, escaping karma and escaping life, both are essentially the same.

I would say harbouring negativities and even the acts driven by such emotions
are not wrong but what is wrong is, because of them your life gets filled with
sorrows and failures.

No matter how adverse the circumstances are, never step back when it comes
to "performing your duties" or honouring your responsibilities. If the body wears
out, fuel it with the energy of the mind; if the mind also gets exhausted, pull it
through with the energy of the soul... But no matter what...finish the task taken
in hand.

'Do your karma without worrying about the fruits of your action.' This is the most
wonderful shloka recited by the most intelligent man of this world "Krishna",
in the most unique granth the "Bhagavad Gita". The irony is, all our worships,
rituals, fasting, vastu, astrology are the acts performed with the expectations of
desired results.
