To understand oneself profoundly, one needs balance. Neither renunciation nor acquiescence.
-J. Krishnamurti "J. Krishnamurti"
To understand oneself profoundly, one needs balance. Neither renunciation nor acquiescence.
Everything is expression of our own intelligence. Through simple, innocent, natural unbounded awareness-fullness of Self, all is accomplished… Only we should not be influenced by the winds.
The best way to find your self is to lose yourself in the service of others… All other pleasures and possessions pale into nothingness before service which is rendered in a spirit of joy.
Selflessness is the sign of the selfless; Bow down at the door of the selfless. The selfless are of the highest authority, The kings of the time and the wearers of the crest and crown.
You should discover your own reality and not thwart yourself. For you have the self as your only friend, or as your only enemy.
Just don’t seek from another or you’ll be far estranged from Self. I now go on alone meeting it everywhere, it now is just what I am; I now am not it. You must comprehend in this way to merge with thus-ness.
That the birds of worry and care fly over your head, this you cannot change, but that they build nests in your hair, this you can prevent.
Fight with yourself, why fight with external foes? He, who overcomes self will obtain happiness.
Open yourself, create free space; release the bound one from his bonds! Like a newborn child, freed from the womb, be free to move on every path!
At night, I open the window and ask the moon to come and press its face against mine. Breathe into me. Close the language-door, and open the love-window. The moon won’t use the door, only the window.
