The best state of mind is balanced by two extremes. But we, driven by brain, try to embrace one and discard the other. It is this discrimanatory practice that has brought all our good - bad, sin - virtue into existence.

Proper food and regular exercise is the most essential need of the human body. Only he, who can strike a balance between the two, can enjoy life. Dieting, only exercise or 'no exercise', either of these is like playing with your body.

The kind and quantum of what you possess is not the proof of your being rich... but yes, what and how much you still want to attain surely reveals how poor you are.

Have we gone so crazy that despite repeatedly failing in endeavours initiated in auspicious time...we still keep visiting pundits to check the auspicious time again and again.

Religion has nothing to do with God, worship, temples, mosques or churches; it is directly related only to the teachings that take the human mind to newer unprecedented heights.

Trusting oneself helps you gain self-confidence whereas leading life depending upon others, be it even God, dwindles your confidence. And only those who are full of confidence become successful in life.

No teaching, no society nor any of the so-called religion explains to us the importance of qualities like simplicity, innocence, selflessness or compassion. Whereas the truth is, all the best creations, inventions and arts have stemmed from the "consciousness" of people with these qualities.

There is no other enemy of a human being except his own nature.

A person ''true by heart'' is free from all the pains of separation that one generally endures. Because he knows that the physical meeting and separation depend upon the circumstances created by nature, then why be unhappy about it? And if separated from someone by heart, then the question of grieving simply doesn't arise.

Instead of offering namaz five times a day, it is better to develop the habit of performing five good deeds a day.
