Quotations
Deep Trivedi

There is nothing in life that is absolutely good or bad. Sun gives life, but radiates fierce heat too. If water quenches the thirst, then it also causes devastation by bringing floods. Hence, the one who only embraces the positive aspects of everything goes on being happy forever.

The root cause of all the sorrows of life is desire. Desire arises by looking at things around you. Meaning, the one who keeps his eyes fixed only on himself, will never be unhappy.

No matter how much ever your brain understands, ultimately it is the "mind" that needs to be transformed. Because of wrong decisions being taken in an enraged state of mind, the brain may decide n-number of times not to get angry again, yet, as soon as there is an inkling of anger in the mind, you will invariably end up being angry.

The act which gives you happiness, which even the mind gets excited to do... how could it be a 'sin'? After death, anyway you will not be able to do anything.

All the struggles of life are less dependent on circumstances and more on our state of mind. This is the reason why "a resolute mind" is easily able to conquer even the toughest of the problems.

When we are leading a smooth life today depending upon the creations of millions of people...then isn't it our duty to do something before death which can fill the lives of future generations with joy, peace, prosperity and bliss?

Our 'mind' is as old as the existence; whereas our brain is of this birth. Hence, the thinking of mind is boundless whereas in the case of brain, it is limited. Since there is no possibility of unanimity of action between the two, we end up living in confusion.

The one who doesn't love himself, can never love anyone else in this world. And if he loves himself, atleast he would not torture or trouble anyone in the name of religion or teachings...

Question is, why did the truly "intelligent" people distance themselves from the great personalities like Krishna, Jesus and Buddha? Because, in order to strengthen their individual businesses, religious gurus associated miracles with them. Now, an intelligent person may agree with anything but can never accept 'miracles'.

In history, we remember and respect only those who have the courage to stand apart from the crowd and speak the "truth". Like Buddha, who despite being born into a Hindu family defied Hindu traditions, its hypocrisies and established Buddhism. Likewise, even Jesus, born into a Jewish family, revolted against Jewish traditions and lost his life, or "Krishna" who not only opposed every prevalent tradition, but even broke them all his life. Do you still wish to continue being a Hindu, Muslim or Christian?
