The day you will be able to take your body where your "mind" is, I promise, all your miseries will disappear at that very moment.

Our 'mind' is as old as the existence; whereas our brain is of this birth. Hence, the thinking of mind is boundless whereas in the case of brain, it is limited. Since there is no possibility of unanimity of action between the two, we end up living in confusion.

Can't you keep the soil of your mind firm? Yes you can, if you shift your focus from the pains and pleasures of life to your "being" and keep it steadfast there.

Proper food and regular exercise is the most essential need of the human body. Only he, who can strike a balance between the two, can enjoy life. Dieting, only exercise or 'no exercise', either of these is like playing with your body.

The foundation of Hindu religion has been laid on the pillar of tolerance. It has revered all the rebels like Buddha, Kabira, Shankaracharya, Chanakya, Dayanand Saraswati who had opposed the prevalent hypocrisies in their times. It didn't kill them the way reformers like Jesus, Socrates or Mansoor were... Then where did this Hindu fanaticism emerge from?... Perhaps in order to make their businesses survive, it is being propagated by the Hindu religious heads.

It is not that the world has deteriorated today. You perceive the world as you are. The world has been the same from the very beginning; neither has there been a virtuous age (Dharma yuga) nor a sin age (Papi yuga). Here, everything has always been dependent on an individual's perspective with which he looks at it.

"The laws of nature" are the supreme authority of the world. Krishna, Buddha and Christ are also the people who accepting and surrendering to the supremacy of nature, have dissolved their individual existence i.e. "ego".

Our biggest problem is the complete contrast in the nature of brain and mind. Majority of the people do not even realize the separate existence of the two. As a result, their entire life gets crumbled and destroyed in the constant friction between their brain and mind.

What is the difference between a theist and an atheist? An atheist is the one who fails to recognize the ultimate supremacy of nature; hence he is trying to enhance life with the help of the knowledge cultivated by his brain. A theist is the one who does not apply his brain at all. He completely surrenders to the existence, allowing nature to make and mould him as it deems right.
