Quotations
J. Krishnamurti

Death is extraordinarily like life when we know how to live.

Reality is the interval between two thoughts.

The end is the beginning of all things, suppressed and hidden, awaiting to be released through the rhythm of pain and pleasure… Pain itself destroys pain. Suffering itself frees man from suffering.

Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable by any path whatsoever, cannot be organised; nor should any organisation be formed to lead or to coerce people along any particular path.

Do you become spiritual by performing ceremonies and rituals…? Ceremonies and rituals sometimes give a certain sensation, so-called uplift. But they are repetitious, and every sensation that is repeated soon wearies of itself.

Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable by any path whatsoever, cannot be organised; nor should any organisation be formed to lead or to coerce people along any particular path.

Life is a journey towards the unknown. An empty mind is useful in that journey rather than a mind filled with past.

Love is that which does not demand a thing from another.

Time is the factor of fear and thought: if you don’t change now, you won’t ever change.

To understand the immeasurable, the mind must be extraordinarily quiet, still.
