Self-knowledge is not a thing to be bought in books, but it is awareness, from moment to moment.



The end is the beginning of all things, suppressed and hidden, awaiting to be released through the rhythm of pain and pleasure… Pain itself destroys pain. Suffering itself frees man from suffering.



We know, how to build a beautiful house, but we don’t know how to live within it happily.

The highest form of human intelligence is to observe yourself without judgment.
