The state of Andhra Pradesh, for example, is rich in its religious worships, literature, dance, music, arts and architecture and spicy cuisine. Out of all these features, the Kuchipudi dance has spread widely across the globe. Known for its elegant footwork, Kuchipudi is a classical dance form originated in the south–east Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Kuchipudi is performed to instruct divine trance that appeal a cherishing bliss, bringing an individual nearer to the path of redemption. One of the distinctive aspects of Kuchipudi is that it is executed on a brass plate with the feet to the tune of the accompanying music. Kolo Dance

Also, music and dance is said to have been brought to earth by Bharata Muni who taught the immortals various art forms including drama, music and dance. One such prominent dance form Kathak has found its place in the old Hindu mythology. It is a classical dance form which originated from Northern India and is known for its sparkling footwork, subtle abhinaya or mimetic dance and fast whirling movements. One of the important characteristics of Kathak is the intricate footwork and precise rhythmic patterns. The dancer controls about 100 ankle bells and articulates the dance.
