Be aware of the contact between your feet and the earth. Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.
This earth is a garden, The Lord its gardener, cherishing all, none neglected.

Begin with yourself. There is no time to waste. It is your duty to do your part to bring God’s kingdom on earth.

Peace be to earth and to airy space! Peace be to heaven, peace to the waters, peace to the plants and peace to the trees! May all the gods grant me peace!
Because we all share this planet earth, we have to learn to live in harmony and peace with each other and with nature. This is not just a dream, but a necessity.
