Why are you hell bent on waiting and troubling the almighty for justice to be
served on the judgment day? Why don't you take the initiative today itself to curb
the unscrupulous activities going on around you?
No teaching, no society nor any of the so-called religion explains to us the
importance of qualities like simplicity, innocence, selflessness or compassion.
Whereas the truth is, all the best creations, inventions and arts have stemmed
from the "consciousness" of people with these qualities.
To attain the state of non-violence, you need to have an impartial eye. Only if
your attitude is like that of a judge towards everyone including yourself, can the
violence be minimized in our lives.
In this world, the bond of love is possible only between two self-reliant individuals,
but the question is, why would two such people live together?
Till the time religion, science and education are not seasoned with psychology,
they cannot prove to be useful for the true upliftment of a human being in the
long run.
The amount of "freedom" with which you are living your life, can be determined
by the extent to which you have to suppress your desires under the pressure
from others.
A detached human being is the one who is neither in the race to achieve
something nor is anxious to renounce anything.
If you trust auspicious time and astrology so much, then when a family member
suffers from a heart attack, why do you immediately rush him to the hospital?
Why don't you first check the auspicious time and then leave for the hospital and
get him operated only after his horoscope matches with the doctor?
In a child's brain, nothing like good - bad, mine - yours or vice - virtue exist. By
way of conditioning, all these are fed into his system. Likewise, the child's liver
cannot take spicy or fried food, for that too it needs to be trained.
The root of all our miseries is not being mentally prepared for a situation. I cannot
understand, why don't you accept that what happens to others, can always
happen to you as well!
