Whenever there is a decline of righteousness, O Arjuna, and the rise of unrighteousness, then I manifest myself.

Know that all creatures have evolved from this twofold energy, and Brahmn is the origin as well as dissolution of the entire universe.
The true nature of action is very difficult to understand. Therefore, one should know the nature of attached, detached and forbidden actions.
