Be good and all will leave you. And I am good only when I am One with my Self. And in that goodness all my negative emotions leave me. I don’t leave them.

The Self, having in dreams enjoyed the pleasures of sense, gone hither and thither, experienced good and evil, hastens back to the state of waking from which he started. As a man passes from dream to wakefulness, so does he pass from this life to the next.
The jiva or living being is endowed with ego and his knowledge is limited, whereas Ishwar is without ego and is omniscient.
