The human body is sacred – the veritable tabernacle of the divine spirit which inhabits it. It is a solemn duty of mankind to develop, protect and preserve it from pollution, unnecessary wastage and weakness.
I am a human and I will only live a life which does credit to humans. I have been blessed with beautiful human form, a sharp intellect and a sensitive heart. How do I activate these gifts? Blessed with a priceless life, why should I not fit it with compassion for all beings?
No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.
You look at it, but it is not to be seen; Its name is Formless. You listen to it, but it is not to be heard; Its name is Soundless. You grasp it, but it is not to be held; Its name is Bodiless. These three elude all scrutiny. And hence they blend and become one.
