Don’t be jealous if I spend 50% of my time with you and 50% of my time with others, because you get 100% of 50%, while all the others have to share that other 50%. Mind alone is the cause of bondage and liberation for human beings. The mind attached to sense objects leads to bondage and that which is free of sense objects sets one free.
This is true knowledge: to seek the Self as the true end of wisdom always. To seek anything else is ignorance.
Self-knowledge is not a thing to be bought in books, but it is awareness, from moment to moment.
The mode of living which is founded upon a total harmlessness towards all life forms or (in case of actual necessity) upon a minimum of such harm is the highest morality.
