Many teachers will tell you to believe; then they put out your eyes of reason and instruct you to follow only their logic. But I want you to keep your eyes of reason open; in addition, I will open in you another eye, the eye of wisdom.

Discover the subtleties of taste. Gently keep bringing the wandering mind back to tasting fully what you’re eating. Feel the difference! Give thanks for the chance to be able to enjoy what you eat.
God first created light, all men are born out of it. The whole world came out of a single spark; who is good and who is bad?
