Faith is nourishment, virtuous deeds are a shelter, wisdom is light by day and right mindfulness is protection by night.
If one fully understands the present moment, there will be nothing else to do, and nothing else to pursue.
To trust a stranger without investigation invites troubles so endless that even descendants must endure them. To rust a man who has not been tested and to suspect a man who has proven trustworthy lead alike to endless ills.
Lao Tan said, “I was letting my mind wander in the beginning of things.”
“What does this mean?” asked Confucius. Lao Tan said, “It means to attain Perfect Beauty and wander in Perfect Happiness. He who attains Perfect Beauty and wanders in Perfect Happiness may be called the Perfect Man.”
I forgive all living beings of the universe, and may all living beings forgive me for my faults. I do not have any animosity towards anybody, and I have friendship for all living beings.
There is nothing wrong with God’s creation. Mystery and suffering only exist in the mind.
